Land Supply (Land for Sale)
Land-for-sale supply — active estates and individual lots near a point (price, dimensions, title status) plus weekly suburb supply, new-supply and consumption series, mirrored weekly from publicly listed land estates and builder land-release programs. Lot Home Matches (ILR-Ranked)
Precomputed catalog-home matches for every land-supply lot — each home that passes the physical fit screen, graded with the Insitive Livability Rating (ILR/PILR) at the lot’s canonical front→rear aspect and ranked stars-first, with buyer-criteria filters (budget, bedrooms, garage, storeys, living areas). The match universe spans ALL builders — builder standing is served as informational flags, never a filter. Lot price is joined live from the land-supply mirror; builder-projected lots never carry an asking price.

Development Pipeline (Melbourne)
The City of Melbourne Development Activity Monitor: a curated register of major developments with status, year completed, floors above ground, residential dwelling mix by bedroom count, student and hotel accommodation, floor space by use, and car and bike spaces, linked to the CLUE property ids the development sits on. This is a forward-looking supply view and is deliberately NOT merged into the development-applications layer — one development spans several applications, so combining them would double-count DAs.

Property Sales Evidence (Valuer-General)
Bulk property sales transactions from state Valuer-General feeds — comparable sales evidence for valuation and market workflows.
Not available on any plan. Task #3157 withdrew transaction-level Valuer-General sales evidence from every API tier and every membership tier: it is served only to verified valuer accounts on first-party valuer surfaces, and to machine callers holding the withheld `valuation.sales-evidence` scope, which no plan confers and the self-service key picker never offers. Commercial re-sale would also require the relevant state Valuer-General data licence. Aggregate suburb medians and sale counts are a different, public-source product and remain openly available.
